JPRS members proposed the opinion of the .日本 introduction which is mainly focusing the prevention of the confusion and deception to the public for the internet users.

1) .日本 should be introduced in the form of association with a complete match with the .JP registrant.

2) .日本 should be the same level of safety and stability with ccTLD .JP.

Yep, maybe only .JP registrants can register the same word .日本 domain name.
