You will need to ask a question if the seller doesn't provide full information about the auction. Always no hitch auction is appreciated but it looks like something is missing. It saves your time and bidders can focus on the auction without fear of unknown terms. It reduces the potential risk of losing your positive iTrader.

How to create a successful auction template for domain forums? I believe that checking domain status is buyer's responsibility but lacking any information is buyer's attitude towards auction. Be professional and polite communication. Here is a sample template for domain auction. You should replace * sample text * to your own text.

Tips For Successful Auction:

1. You should not change your terms once the auction has started. It causes lots of problems.
2. PayPal is not safe and secure for big money. Use an escrow service.
3. Seller should immediately contact the auction winner. Ask for money and tell what information is required to push the domain.
4. Don't post at multiple forums if it is an auction.
5. Don't take a PM as an auction bid. All bids must be placed in the auction thread.
6. PayPal eCheck sometimes fails. Don't push your domain until eCheck clears. Usually it takes 1-2 weeks. Don't use it if the buyer isn't a reputable buyer.
7. New members are always welcome but recent massive scammers activity, checking a new member is important to prevent fraud. You can communicate with a new member before pushing your domains.

Good luck to your auction!
